TEDx Vienna

Breaking News! 🙂 I got invited to the fabulous conference of TEDx into the Viennese Volkstheater. The event’s topic was “UNTOLD”, which aimed to highlight themes and tales that make you speechless. I got the opportunity to tell my story and raise awareness for people with chronic pain and rare diseases, especially the “Eagle-Syndrome”. I also wanted to show the great value of our voice. It was a challenge for my vocal cords and my mind, believe me 🙂 …but yet a beautiful experience! I met so many interesting speakers from all over the world, who gave amazing talks. It was especially exciting for me, as I was the youngest and had a harsh infection right before the show. So I had to silence the whole week, getting pushed by my doctors with pain infusions, in order to be able to speak on stage. The audience was benevolent and I appreciated all the kind words I received afterwards. It was totally worth the effort. And I am happy that my message reached so many people.
